Located on the 7th floor rooftop of The Emily Hotel in Chicago’s Fulton Market District, Selva is a cocktail bar inspired by the energy of Mexico by night. Stylishly moody and intriguingly vibrant, its here you’ll find an elevated list of handcrafted cocktails that transport you to another place and a menu of casual fare to savor over shared stories and rounds of mezcal.

To our friends, our lovers, and our enemies too, Salud!

Selva celebrates the flavors, textures and spirits of Mexico with a playful menu.

Interiors by award-winning firm Ste. Marie Studio, Selva was designed with the intention of creating a new world within The Emily Hotel - a space that does not necessarily define a time or place but becomes a retreat from the city for people to gather, connect and play. Moody and intimate, yet energic and playful through the use of dramatic colors, bold graphics and artwork (including a custom piece by Chicago-based artist Raspy Rivera), Selva invites guests to sink in and savor the moment. So settle in to plush booth seating, cozy up at the bar, or toast with friends on the open-air patio. Tomorrow can wait.

Selva is located at The Emily Hotel, a boutique hotel concept in the heart of Chicago’s Fulton Market district. Boasting 159 modern minimalist rooms and suites, The Emily features a coffee bar serving locally roasted Sparrow Coffee, over 7,300 sqft of meeting and event space. The Emily's Artist in Residence program celebrates local artists through on property curated activations and a collection of unique pieces throughout the hotel. In addition to cocktail bar, Selva, The Emily is home to globally-inspired restaurant & patio, Fora, and seasonal rooftop activations, Rooftop Cinema Club and Stone's Throw Curling.
